Grieve Not The Holy Spirit.
Grieving the Holy Spirit is grievous and have the potential to give a punishment that will be very grievous.
"And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption" (Ephesians 4:30).
The Spirit of God is a Person and He has a mind, a will and emotions. That's why He can be grieved, wounded or quenched. The children of Israel rebelled against the Holy Spirit as they journeyed through the wilderness to the Promised Land.
