Bottom line: PUBG: New State is now available to download from the Google Play Store, App Store, and Galaxy Store. After successful technical tests in August and October, PUBG: New State is finally available to everyone in over 200 countries on all major mobile app stores. As with other games in the franchise, in PUBG: New State you battle 99 other players until you are the last one standing. However, there is also a BO3 Team Deathmatch mode in which two teams of four fight each other. The first team to get 40 kills in 10 minutes wins the round.
There are currently two Battle Royale maps and a TDM map called Station. Besides the well-known Erangel, you can also play BR in Troi, a new map with electric vehicles and unique attractions to explore.
At PUBG New State, Krafton is introducing improved features that we can see in future franchise entries. One of those improvements is the wheel widget UI, which is used to communicate with teammates, ping targets, use items to retrieve, and select projectiles. The inventory system has also been redesigned to make item placement easier, and the waypoint system on the map now allows you to get directions.
As for the new systems, there is a drone shop where you can buy and deliver items, customize weapons, new vehicle mechanics, ride animations, and a set of squads. During matches, you'll also find new Dyneema vest armor, optimized for low-caliber bullets, trams, scout drones, deployable shields, and a green flare to revive dead teammates.
